What You’ll Do:
- Lead a talented team by guiding, mentoring, and motivating developers. Build a culture where the team delivers high-quality work quickly, aiming for top performance at a fast-paced startup.
- Shape Our Product Vision: Work with the founders and analytics team to design, develop, review, and correct requirements while helping to plan and shape the product roadmap.
- Python Hands-on Development: You’ll be in the code, architecting solutions, solving complex challenges, and pushing boundaries alongside your team.
- Drive Technical Strategy: Own technical decisions, ensure code quality, and implement best practices for scalability and performance.
- Innovate and Experiment: Bring your creativity! We love experimenting with new technologies and approaches to stay ahead in the market.
What We’re Looking For:
- Tech Expertise: You’re an expert (5+ years) backend engineer (Python) with a deep understanding of scalable architectures and cloud-based systems.
- Startup Spirit: You thrive in dynamic environments, love solving problems, are result-oriented, and aren’t afraid to get your hands dirty.
- Passion for Growth: You’re excited about building something from the ground up and scaling it into something huge.
- Technical Foundation: Computer Science (CS) or similar degree.
- Excellent English communication skills: Ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. (B2+ upper intermediate English level).
- Scrum experience: Scrum project management process experience.
- Leadership experience(Optional): You’ve led technical teams before, know how to motivate, and understand how to balance big-picture strategy with hands-on development at a startup-high pace.
- Frontend development (Optional): Hands-on experience in frontend development (React) is a plus but not required.
